Mirror Image Salon is now requiring a credit card to hold reservations of 2 hours or longer. In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule a reservation, 24-48 hours notice is required. This deposit will be applied to the total of your service upon checkout. 

If the reservation is canceled within the 24 hours, 50% of the service that was scheduled, will be charged.

No shows are included under this policy and will be charged the entire amount of the service scheduled. 

Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation then we will not be able to guarantee that you receive the full service scheduled.
